1. What is the best time to visit Pu Luong?
The best time to visit Pù Luông is from March to May and September to November, when the weather is cool and pleasant, the terraced fields are lush green or golden, and it’s perfect for trekking, biking, and enjoying local culture.

2. Are your tours suitable for beginners or non-experienced trekkers?
Yes. We offer a variety of tours, from relaxing nature walks and village visits to more demanding treks across rice terraces and hills. Each tour clearly indicates the difficulty level so you can choose what suits you best.

3. What should I pack for a tour with Pù Luông Adventure?
We recommend bringing lightweight, breathable clothing, a rain jacket, sturdy walking shoes, insect repellent, sunscreen, a hat, refillable water bottle, and a small backpack. A full packing list will be sent with your booking confirmation.

4. Are your tours suitable for children or elderly travelers?
Some of our tours are family-friendly and suitable for children aged 6 and up. For older travelers, we also offer gentle walks and cultural experiences. Tours that require intense hiking may not be suitable for everyone — please check the tour details or contact us for recommendations.

5. What’s included in the tour price?
Most of our tours include transportation, entrance fees, meals, experienced guides, and travel insurance. Please refer to the inclusions listed on each tour page for exact details.

6. How big are your tour groups?
We keep our tour groups small — usually 4 to 10 people — to ensure a personalized and immersive experience. Private tours and custom itineraries are available upon request.

7. What happens in case of bad weather?
Your safety is our priority. In case of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, landslides), we may cancel or reschedule your tour. You’ll be notified as early as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

8. Do I need to know how to swim to join your tours?
Swimming is not required for most of our tours, as Pù Luông focuses more on trekking and nature experiences. However, some tours may include bamboo rafting or river crossings — in these cases, safety gear is provided and guides are trained in first aid.

9. How do I book a tour and make payment?
You can book directly through our website at https://puluongadventure.com/ or contact us via email or phone. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

10. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are generally eligible for a full refund. For specific details, please check the cancellation policy listed on each tour page or review our Terms & Conditions.
